JOHNSON, Justice.
This is a worker’s compensation case that has been the subject of a prior appeal {Horton I). Horton v. Garrett Freightlines, Inc., 106 Idaho 895, 684 P.2d 297 (1984). In its prior opinion this Court held that the Industrial Commission had retained jurisdiction of this claim for a future determination of permanent disability.
