PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
Pending before this Court are three motions for post-trial relief — one filed by defendants (Docket # 196) and two filed by plaintiff, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) (Docket ## 198, 203). Defendants’ motion seeks to amend or correct the judgment on the grounds that the damages awarded to four claimants exceed the statutory maximum under 42 U.S.C. § 1981a(b)(3). (Docket # Í96).
