1Per curiam
This is a suit by O. S. Rose, as plaintiff, against N. F. Orr and Annie Orr, husband and wife, defendants, to recover a money judgment and to impress a lien on 30 acres of land for the amount of the judgment. The evidence will be viewed in the light of the rule that where there is a conflict in the evidence, the finding of the trial court on the point will not be disturbed on appeal unless such finding is against the clear weight of the evidence.
