| gIn this consolidated appeal, plaintiff, Jo Ann Levert, seeks review of: 1) the trial court’s July 27, 2005 judgment, which granted an Exception of Improper Venue filed by defendants, Manuel Fernandez, G. Frederick Seemann, and Fernandez and Seemann In Partnership (sometimes referred to as “the partnership”), and 2) the trial court’s April 13, 2005 judgment, which granted defendants’ request for sanctions against Ms. Levert and ordered her to pay $5,000 in attorney fees plus costs to defendants.
