MEMORANDUM OF OPINION GRANTING MOTION IN PART
Since the facts and issue in both of the above-entitled cases are the same, they were consolidated for hearing and decision. The facts are not in dispute. Creditor Fireside Thrift Co. (hereinafter “FTC”) obtained a judgment against the Debtors and recorded an abstract of judgment thereon in Sutter County on August 11, 1983.
