I. STATEMENT OF FACTS

On November 9, 1981 Flexible Artcraft Graphics Unlimited, Inc. aka Flexible Art-craft, Inc., by its attorney, Robert Gluck, filed a petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, and Harold Corzin was appointed interim trustee. Apparently, the creditors did not elect a trustee at the § 341 meeting, and Corzin therefore remains as trustee. 11 U.S.C. § 702(d).
