On March 7, 1947, defendant husband procured a judgment of divorce against plaintiff in Mexico. No personal service of process was made upon plaintiff nor did she appear in that action. On February 11, 1948, almost a year later, an action for separation brought by plaintiff in this State was tried and judgment in her favor was entered therein. Plaintiff now brings this action for declaratory judgment, in which she seeks to have her marital status declared and also seeks certain injunctive relief against her husband and his codefendant, who are allegedly representing themselves to be husband…
