JOHNSON, Judge.
Defendant’s first Assignment of Error is that the trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion to dismiss the charge of possession of paraphernalia and the charges of manufacturing and possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver. The contention made by defendant is that in reliance upon a purported agreement entered into with the State to dismiss those charges defendant waived his right to a probable-cause hearing as defined in G.S. 15A-606.
