Plaintiff, Sarah J. Riley, appeals from summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Physicians Weight Loss Centers, Inc. (the Center), on her five-count complaint claiming personal injury as a result of the Center’s negligence in failing to warn her of the potential health risks posed by its prescribed ketogenic diet or to adequately monitor her during the course of the diet so as to discover problems developing.
