Plaintiff, Charles W. Hotze, appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Norbert A. Daleiden and the law firms of Hosier, Niro & Daleiden, Ltd., and Niro, Daleiden & Jager, Ltd. (Daleiden or defendants), as to count VI of plaintiff’s seventh amended complaint. On appeal, plaintiff contends that the trial court erred in granting defendant Daleiden’s motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
