MEMORANDUM OPINION
RUSSELL, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Commonwealth of Kentucky’s motion to remand this case to state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). For the reasons stated below, the court grants that motion.
FACTS
Plaintiff, the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, filed this action in the Circuit Court of McCracken County, Kentucky. Plaintiffs complaint alleges violations of the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, K.R.S. 367.170.
