By order dated September 9, 1997, United . States Magistrate Judge S. Allan Alexander granted the motion of the plaintiff to compel the deposition of the defendant Arthur W. Anderson. Grand Oaks v. Anderson, et al., Civil Action No. 3:94cvl59-D-A (N.D.Miss. Sep. 9, 1997) (Order Granting Motion to Compel Deposition).
