Plaintiff United Investors Life Insurance Company has moved this court to review selected documents in camera [129]. Of these documents, five documents have been withheld by the defendants on the basis of, among others, the common interest privilege, twenty-one were inadvertently produced and the subject of former motion practice before this court, and ten were also inadvertently produced and previously used by the plaintiff as exhibits in order to demonstrate the defendants’ alleged inconsistent privilege assertions.
