This appeal brings before ns a consolidation of 101 other cases with the one named in the caption. The questions raised involved the validity of special assessments against the property of appellants for the repair and reconstruction of curb, gutter, pavement, expansion, and base on First Avenue, Warford Street, Willis Avenue, and Second Street in the city of Perry. Appellants filed written objections with the city council, which objections were overruled. An appeal was taken to the district court.
