Plaintiffs Bennett Silvershein Associates, Bennett Silvershein, Joan Wolfson, and Marilyn E. Silvershein move to disqualify Kronish, Lieb, Weiner & Heilman from acting as trial counsel for defendants Jay Fur-man, Joseph Ades, Albert Ades, Robert Ades, Walter Samuels, several other family members of the foregoing individuals, and several partnerships and corporations controlled by the individual defendants.
