Defendant-appellant Freddie Bolton appeals from the sentence imposed by the trial court. Defendant argues that the trial court failed to comply with R.C. 2929.14(E)(4) in imposing consecutive sentences, that the trial court failed to comply with R.C. 2929.14(C) in imposing the the maximum sentence, and that the trial court violated the defendant’s right to allocution. We find merit to the appeal and vacate the sentence and remand for resentencing.
