MEMORANDUM OPINION
SMALKIN, District Judge.
This is an appeal from two separate orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (Derby, J.), entered in the consolidated bankruptcy proceedings of Merry-Go-Round Enterprises, Inc., a major retail clothing chain with stores in malls throughout the country. The appellants are landlords of Merry-Go-Round and related stores.
