Appellant, Lori Ann Smith, ap*3peals from the Saginaw County Probate Court’s denial of her petition for removal of respondent as guardian of the person and conservator of the estate of Ramon R. Williams, a legally incapacitated person.

On January 27, 1969, Ramon R. Williams was struck on the head with a blunt instrument. He suffered a subdural hematoma, resulting in serious brain damage and continuous hospitalization since that time.
