In this civil action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff Jodi Gustafson seeks to certify a class of arrestees who were allegedly strip searched in the jail operated by defendants Polk County and Sheriff Ann Hraychuck in violation of the Fourth and Fourteenth amendments to the Constitution.
