MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

HUTTON, District Judge.

On December 29, 1987, Rheam of Indiana, Debtor, filed for relief pursuant to Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On January 19, 1988, the Assistant United States Trustee, James J. O’Connell, appointed Anthony Barone as Interim/Trustee for the bankruptcy estate.

Trustee Barone was served by debtor’s landlord with a motion for relief from the Automatic Stay under Section 362 requesting permission to liquidate debtor’s inventory in order to satisfy the administrative rent claim. The Trustee filed an application for the appointment of counsel…
