A. INTRODUCTION
Once again, the proceedings in this apparently modest-sized and simple corporate Chapter 7 bankruptcy case require the preparation of a written Opinion, adding to the two district court Opinions published at 133 B.R. 325 (“Rheam III”) (GAWTHROP, J.), and 98 B.R. 193 (“Rheam I”) (HUTTON, J.), respectively, and one of our own published at 111 B.R. 87 (“Rheam II”). On remand from Rheam III on this issue, 133 B.R. at 336-39, we determine that the auctioneer belatedly appointed on behalf of the estate, William F. Comly & Son, Inc. (“Comly”),…
