A. INTRODUCTION

This apparently simple Chapter 7 bankruptcy case has become the scene of a battlefield on which the law firm which is counsel for the Trustee, Ciardi, Fishbone, and DiDonato (hereinafter referred to as “CFD”), has chosen to “litigate” several issues which it is believed will serve its benefit in obtaining larger fees in this and apparently future similar cases.
