Brandon Darron Sims appeals his convictions for aggravated kidnapping, 1 aggravated robbery, 2 and aggravated sexual assault. 3 Appellant pleaded guilty before the jury to the aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping, and the jury found appellant guilty of the aggravated sexual assault. After finding the enhancement paragraph in each indictment true, the jury assessed punishment at ten years’ confinement for the aggravated kidnapping, fifteen years’ confinement for the aggravated robbery, and twenty-five years’ confinement for the aggravated sexual…
