OPINION
TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.
Robert Willard Hudson, Jr. appeals his conviction for assault causing bodily injury. After a jury trial, the trial court sentenced him to ninety days’ confinement and a $1,500 fine.
On appeal, Hudson raises five points that generally challenge the trial court’s failure to submit to the jury an instruction on the law of defense of property and its imposition of an enhanced sentence because notice of enhancement was untimely. Because we determine that Hudson was not entitled to an instruction on defense of property at trial, we affirm his conviction. However,…
