Lazaro Garza Ayala Benavides brought this action in the form of trespass to try title against S. E. Garcia to recover title and possession of lot 8, block 92, Western addition to the city of Laredo. Garcia answered by plea of not guilty. 'There was a trial before the court resulting in a judgment for the defendant. Upon appeal by Benavides that judgment was in the main affirmed. 283 S. W. 611.
