Case Summary and Issue
Paul Patterson appeals the ten-year sentence imposed after he pled guilty to dealing in cocaine, a Class B felony. For our review, Patterson raises two issues that we consolidate and restate as one: whether Patterson received ineffective assistance of counsel when counsel did not move for the judge presiding over his sentencing hearing to recuse himself.
