Plaintiffs and Defendant Gregory Rig Service and Sales, Inc. (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) appeal from a district court decision granting motions for summary judgment and dismissing an amended complaint based on negligence, breach of warranty, and products liability and a cross-claim filed by Gregory Rig.
