Co., 95 Iowa, 31, which was followed in reversing judgment for the defendant on the former hearing. Same v. Capital Insurance Co., (* — Iowa), 63 N. W. Rep. 568. Service of the summons on Winchester was ■ there held to have conferred jurisdiction on the circuit court of Milwaukee county to enter judgment against the defendant.
