BROETER, Justice.

This is a case in which Jack Forrest sued Isidore Schoenberg for damages on account of an alleged breach of a written sales agency contract executed by -them of date December 30, 1947. By the terms of such contract Jack Forrest was designated sales agent for a jewelry item described as “Collar Bobs”, for a period of twenty years, on .a commission basis, over a territory composed of several states and portions of states, and substantially comprising the eastern half of the United , States.
