MEMORANDUM OPINION

STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.

This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), under which an individual seeking disability benefits under the Social Security Act may seek judicial review of a final decision denying or terminating such benefits. 1 The plaintiff was denied disability benefits on January 28, 1986. She now moves for summary reversal of that deci sion, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) moves for summary affirmance.
