At issue in this case is whether certain conduct of a secured creditor, allegedly implementing Orders of this Court entered pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363 (the Sale Orders), violated the automatic stay. The chapter 13 trustee and the Debtor (together, the “Plaintiffs”) had sought the Sale Orders to liquidate nonexempt property and satisfy the claim of the Debtor’s primary secured creditor, Ledyard National Bank (the “Bank” or “Defendant”).
