KAREN S. JENNEMANN, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 Trustee, Marie Henkel, seeks an order directing the defendant law firm, Frese, Hansen, Anderson, Hueston & Whitehead, P.A. (the “Firm”), and its client, MSM Golf, LLC. (“MSM”), to return $58,846.60 that the Firm transferred post-petition to MSM, allegedly in violation of the automatic stay. The Firm contends that they have no obligation to return the monies to the trustee because the debtor, Newgent Golf, Inc., had assigned its interest in these funds to another entity over five years before it filed this Chapter 7 case,…
