Respondent-Appellant Frank James Skelly, III appeals from the September 4, 2002 judgment of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lynch, J.), granting Petitioner-Appellee Warren A. Hardy’s motion to confirm an arbitration award, and denying Skelly’s and Respondent-Appellant Walsh Manning Securities, L.L.C.’s cross-motion to vacate the award.
