These appeals are presented on the clerk’s transcript without a reporter’s transcript or an agreed statement of facts.

On November 4, 1974, Edna Faye Davis (Edna) filed a petition for dissolution of her marriage to Joseph Allen Davis (Joseph) which occurred on December 22, 1960. The parties separated November 4, 1974. There were two children of the marriage.
