Sprague Farms, Inc. and Paxton Farms, Inc. are Nevada corporations doing business in Illinois. Paxton Farms is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sprague Farms, so they will be referred to simply as Sprague Farms. Webel Feeds, Inc. (Webel Feeds) operates a feed-mill near Pittsfield, Illinois.
