MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BATTS, District Judge.

Susan Baba, proceeding pro se, brings this suit under Title VII, Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., against plaintiffs former employer, Warren Management Consultants (“WMC”), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), and the New York State Division of Human Rights (“DHR”).

The EEOC and the DHR move to dismiss this action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) and (6). Defendant WMC moves for dismissal pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). For the reasons stated below, the action is dismissed against all three defendants.
