Plaintiff Lori A. Meckenberg (“Mecken-berg”) brings this action against defendants New York City Off-Track Betting (“OTB”), Hazel Dukes (“Dukes”), Nicholas Romano (“Romano”), and Robert Palumbo (“Palumbo”), asserting claims under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and common law breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
