Suit to determine and quiet title, to cancel certain deeds and in ejectment. Prom a decree for plaintiff, defendant has appealed.

The real estate involved comprises something more than twenty-one acres in the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 25, township 22, range 13, in New Madrid County. Both parties claim through a common source, Seth S. Barnes, who died in 1920 owning the land.
