SHRUM, Judge.
William Scott Collins (hereafter referred to as Movant) entered a plea of guilty to first degree murder1 on October 4, 1984, and was sentenced on that same date to life imprisonment. Thereafter, movant filed a motion under Rule 24,035, V.A.M.R., to vacate and set aside his conviction and sentence. The motion was timely filed. An evidentiary hearing was held. The trial court made findings of fact, conclusions of law, and entered a judgment denying the motion. Movant appeals.
