GARRISON, Presiding Judge.

Richard Jones (“Movant”) appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 1 motion after an evidentiary hearing. We conclude that the motion court was not clearly erroneous in denying the motion, and affirm.

Movant was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, § 571.030.1(4), RSMo Supp.1995, assault of a law enforcement officer in the second degree, § 565.082.1(1), and armed criminal action, § 571.015, in an indictment issued by a Greene County grand jury.
