delivered the opinion of the court.

This was an action of assumpsit by the appellee as plaintiff, against the appellants and one John B. Harris, as defendants, commenced August 20, 1897, in the Circuit Court of Champaign County, and resulting in the plaintiff recovering a judgment against all the defendants for $638.20; from which judgment the appellants alone prosecute the appeal, and urge us to reverse the same on the ground that the court erred in finding from the evidence the facts against them on the issue made by the declaration, plea in abatement to the…
