This case emanates from the trial court’s dismissal of appellant Autry L. Clark’s pro se complaint, which alleged that appellee, James Eskridge, violat ed appellant’s constitutional and civil rights as set forth in Section 1983, Title 42, U.S.Code.
Appellee filed a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, alleging that he was a probation officer and was entitled to absolute immunity for the cause of action set forth in appellant’s complaint.
