OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Brian McKinney, appeals from a judgment of the Fairfield County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Fairfield County Probation Officer Angel Hartley, Fairfield County Prosecutor David Landefeld, Fairfield County Sheriff Dave Phalen, and the Fairfield County Commissioners. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
