Baker Unemployment Compensation Case
Superior Court of Pennsylvania
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion by
Ervin, J.,
In this unemployment compensation case tbe claimant was refused benefits by tbe bureau, tbe referee and tbe board for two reasons, (1) because sbe voluntarily terminated ber employment without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature and was disqualified from receiving benefits under tbe provisions of §402(b) of tbe law, and (2) because sbe would accept a job only until recalled by ber former employer and therefore sbe was not genuinely attached to the labor market and was disqualified from receiving benefits under tbe provisions of §401 (d) of tbe law.
