The plaintiff, Gregory H. Harvey, while operating an uninsured motorcycle owned by his father, was hurt in an accident involving another uninsured vehicle. The plaintiff sought payment for his injuries under the uninsured motorist provisions of a policy of insurance issued by the defendant insurance company to his mother, insuring a vehicle owned by her. There is no dispute that the plaintiff, as a relative of the named insured, is an insured under this policy.
