The object of this suit was to subject the' separate real estate of Barbara A. Solenberger, the wife of R. W. Solenberger, to the payment of a certain debt mentioned in the bill and alleged to be due from her to the estate of the plaintiff’s decedent.
*779The bill alleges that on the 5th day of July, 1886, Barbara A. Solenberger executed to V. W. Solenberger a note, of which the following is a copy:
“$1,850 00. Winchester, Va., July —, 1886.
“ One hundred and twenty days after date I promise to pay toll. W. Solenberger, or order, thirteen hundred and fifty dollars for value received, negotiable and…
