DECISION UPON FURTHER REVIEW

MURDOCK, Judge:

This case has been returned to us by the United States Court of Military Appeals to consider the effect of Arizona v. Roberson, — U.S. -, 108 S.Ct. 2093, 100 L.Ed.2d 704 (1988). In Roberson, the Supreme Court held that the restrictions of Edwards v. Arizona, 451 U.S. 477, 101 S.Ct. 1880, 68 L.Ed.2d 378, (1981) applied to an interrogation conducted by the police concerning a matter unrelated to the offense for which Roberson had been jailed.
