OPINION OF THE COURT

FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

After the initial questioning of the accused at his residence implicated him in the theft of a tape deck, he was taken to the security police office at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, where Agent Caloway re-advised him of the nature of the suspected offense, his right to remain silent, and his rights concerning counsel.
