OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
Hsin Ten Enterprise USA, Inc. (“Hsin Ten”) has sued Clark Enterprises and Clifford D. Clark, asserting claims of patent and trademark infringement, as well as state law claims. Defendants now move to dismiss the Amended Complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Proce dure 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(3). For the foregoing reasons, defendants’ motion is granted in part and denied in part.
