FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This cause came before this Court for trial on a suit by Richard G. Hershey as Director of the Department of Insurance of the State of Illinois and liquidator of Central Casualty Company, an Illinois corporation, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 73, Paragraphs 799 to 833, Illinois Revised Statutes (1961), against the defendant, Kennedy and Ely Insurance, Inc., a Florida corporation.
